The bun is a non-traditional rye roll with caraway seeds baked in. When you order, they coat the top with salt and binder and bake it. It’s totally different but quite tasty.
The meat was well done but was tender and flavorful.
No horseradish to speak of – I could see it but did not taste it.
The au jus was delicious- not even a hint of a random bouillon cube!
The pickles were good but were only sometimes included with the sandwich.
It is not formally a B.O.W., but it is not a bad R.B. sandwich.
