We visited the brewery on April 21, 2024, in the evening. It is located in a commercial/retail complex with parking around the complex. This is a working brewery with beer aging in barrels and brewing equipment visible. There is a counter/bar where you place your order, and then they will bring your food to the table.
The Sandwich
The beef was terrific – just the way I like it. It was tender, flavorful, juicy, and cooked medium rare. The bun was typical with too little salt and a smattering of caraway that stayed on during the cutting but fell off during the eating portion. There was no Au Jus. The plate looked good and tasted terrific! Score 8.5/10
The Side
The side was a smoky, warm German Potato Salad with applewood bacon. The smokiness made this an extraordinary side, and the large potato pieces pushed it over the top. Score 10/10
The Restaurant
The restaurant and the service were excellent. The staff was friendly and eager for us to have a good time. The only downside was that it was pricey. Score 9.6/10
